Guillermo M. Acevedo
Founder & Managing Partner
As founder and managing partner of the group, Guillermo brings over twenty years of experience in the financial and real estate industries. He is responsible for determining the overall direction of the group and the strategy and implementation of investments. Before moving to the United States, Guillermo worked as an independent consultant, providing strategic planning services to local and foreign investors across various industries. He previously worked in investment banking at HSBC Argentina, participating in the architecture and restructuring of debt vehicles, and helping coordinate mergers and acquisitions transactions in Latin America. Guillermo was vice president of the Panama Chamber of Commerce in Argentina. He graduated in Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (Argentina).

Germán Paradelo
Partner
Germán has over 20 years of experience in the mass consumer industry, extensive experience in finance, and has actively participated in the decision-making process for real estate purchases in Argentina and the United States. Before settling in Miami, he led Argentina's leading toy company, with whom he maintained a relationship until now, providing control and audit services. Germán is a business administration graduate from Universidad de Belgrano and holds a master's degree in strategic human resources management.

Jonathan Culley
Partner
Jonathan has over 15 years of combined experience in real estate, corporate finance, and alternative products. He joined the group in March 2023 with the purpose of managing and expanding relationships with private and institutional investors. Jonathan received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Católica Argentina.
